We were thinking of Sunday lunch when we made this spritz. We’ve made our own ‘cello and paired it with Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin and rhubarb bitters. Just add Prosecco, Josephine’s Dried fruit and serve over ice. See you at lunch, darling!
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Everyone’s favourite, but better! Made with Angostura Rum 7yr (trust us), shake over ice and serve straight up. Best served after the long lunch!

A heavyweight in the cocktail world and we’ve kept it traditional with a Rye Whiskey.
Pop it in the fridge, and serve chilled with a cherry, of course.

Aperitivo like an Italian with our well balanced classic Negroni. Using the highly aromatic and rich Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin, this is the kind of drink you might need two of.. Serve over ice and garnish with orange zest.
