Who we are & what we do
Josephine’s is a mobile bar that can pop up just about anywhere! We are based in Wee Waa, North West NSW but travel far and wide to deliver beautiful cocktails, and put the magic back in bar service at regional weddings, parties and corporate events. Alcohol is always supplied by the client however we supply all non-alcoholic ingredients, bar equipment like glassware, shakers and strainers, cleaning equipment and a full team to shake cocktails, pour champagnes and open beers. We have a wonderful team that will look after you from the moment your enquiry begins down to the last cocktail poured (and beyond!).

Used to garnish cocktails, cheese plates and flavour tea. Our fruit is sourced from farms in North West, including Gunnible in Gunnedah. Our dried fruits are a small but mighty project encouraging sustainability and ensuring less waste on our farms.
